In honor of reconnecting with a long-missed friend, Donna Lethal, I present this photo I took of her boyfriend, Dictator's guitarist Scott Kempner/Top Ten, and Handsome Dick Manitoba. It was taken on October 21, 1977, at a New York caberet once known as The Bottom Line.
